Magnolia Design Build LLC was born out of a passion for architectural design and a yearning to craft unique homes that not only complement their surroundings but reflect the values of their owners.

Our journey began in 1982 and we continue to push the envelope in innovative designs and building-excellence, while strengthening our commitment to impeccable customer service and the ability to deliver on our promises.

As our name suggests, we are a full service design build company, servicing the communities of Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Prescott, Phoenix and Wickenburg, AZ. Our primary focus is custom home building and large remodel construction. We strive for excellence in all aspects of our business through distinctive designs,  attention to detail and flawless execution.  Our main priority is establishing long term relationships with our clients that extend far beyond the building process.
