Magnolia Design-Build has contracted to build 16 single family homes, which qualify as affordable housing with down payment assistant from Maricopa County . Each home homeowner who qualifies for these homes will receive down payment assistance in the amount of $100,000.

We are currently looking to expand the Residential Subdivision arm of our Company to larger projects, particularly in the Wickenburg and Greater Phoenix area.
