BO AND MANDY SNELL
Bo and Mandy have been working alongside each other building and remodeling since 1982. Bo's passion for architecture and building, and Mandy's passion for design and working with people are what have made their partnership and business so successful over the past four plus decades.
They began their home building journey in Northern California where they raised their family. After they found ourselves as empty nesters they packed up and relocated their seasoned business to Arizona, and created a new branding for the company with the birth of Magnolia Design-Build.

NICK SNELL
Nick Snell has played an integral role in the family business over the past 15 years as a Project Manager, and helping to spearhead the Fix and Flip division of the Company. He is a boots-on-the-ground guy and learned his construction skills following his parents around the jobsite since he was a toddler.
Nick and his wife recently moved to northern Idaho with their two children to start a new company division and build on the Magnolia Design-Build legacy. Mom and dad couldn't be more proud of, or excited for them.
Nick enjoys year-round hunting and fishing, and taking the family on summer camping adventures- always discovering new places.
BO SNELL - PRESIDENT
Bo Snell started his building career in 1974 building duplexes with his 9th grade woodshop teacher during summer breaks and has been a licensed contractor since 1981. Bo has successfully built over 130 custom homes as well as several commercial projects. He served on the architectural design review board for the Residences at Granite Bay, CA and played an integral role in the construction of the Granite Bay Golf Club. He has been a keynote speaker on Real Estate Investing and Wealth Building at numerous engagements around the country, but his true passion has and will always be designing and building distinctive real estate projects. Bo has served on the Construction Committee for Habitat for Humanity in Wickenburg, AZ. He also served on the Building Committee for his local church. When he is not walking the jobsite or designing at his drafting table, Bo enjoys helping other achieve their passions and goals, reading, hiking, camping in nature, traveling and cooking.
MANDY SNELL - PROJECT MANAGER & DESIGNER
Mandy Snell has been an integral part of the family business since its inception. Her primary role is working alongside the Company's clients from the initial meetings to the completion of each project. She handles both the Project Management and Design aspects of every project and maintains communication between clients and other members of the project team.
Away from her role at Magnolia Design-Build, Mandy enjoys spending as much time as possible with her grandkids and working out at the gym. She has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity in Wickenburg, AZ as chair of the Construction Committee and has volunteered at various non-profit organizations in the community.
